Very good afternoon I had a fun time with a lot of learning new skills. The food we made was very nice to eat after. four in the group here entertained by the lady instructing us.
Extensive class, very interesting. Learnt to make spinach and cheese momo's and mixed vegetable momos. Lots of chopping and came out learning not only how to cook but some art folding momo wrap is beautiful. The lessib was followed by a momo lunch and one comes out feeling quite rewarded.
We had a wonderful cooking class with Sakun this morning, learning all about how to make Dhal bhat. She was so lovely and helpful, making sure we weren't confused and answering all the questions . A great memory to take back to australia,
Interesting experience from purchasing own ingredients from local shops, picking your own tomatoes in the basket of vegetables, to chopping and making your own dough and feasting on your own work,
It's nice to learn, and the step by step instructions makes it easy! Now I know how to make my own favorite Nepali dish!

It was great experience ! It was fun going out to buy the ingredients, cooking and then getting to eat what we made. The teacher was very friendly and patient with us with our poor skills! facilities in the kitchen are excellent. We are looking to try the recipe at home.
