COOK like a LOCAL is the most booked tour of the GO LOCAL series.
Here is what people say about the course:
I really liked that we went to a local shop, to a local shop, to buy the ingredients.
The cook also told us about vegetables or other things we didn't know yet .
At the cooking everyone was involved,I liked that the most intresting thing for me were the use of spices . And at the end it was the best Dhalbat I ate in Nepal.
An extreamly fun interactive cooking course including shoping for seasonal product at a small market.
And added bonus is that you eat all of the fantastic food afterwards!
I took in both the dal bhat and momo making class. Sakuntala was a wonderful teacher, who was patient and helpful when we had a hard time folding our momos .
I loved the experience of going out to the local market. Overall it was lots of fun .
I m very happy I decided to take the cooking class with social tours. The momos we made were delicious and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Sakuntala was a wonderful teacher and I can't wait to try making momos when I return home.
Thank you very much!
Great class! I'm not a very experienced cook but it was very easy for me to understand and learn.
I liked how we had a lot of practice making the momos.Very important , the teacher was amazing in everyway .
Same with the rest of the staff.
I will recommend to everyone.
My second cooking class here with social tours and again :very very good,
Due to some misunderstanding this class was only hold for me.
Thank you very much for giving me this great Dhal bhat experience ,before I leave Nepal ,
Sakuntala is an awesome teacher ! Thank you
This cooking class was really nice .The chef was very kind and she took the time to explain every step.
It's nice to have a recipe, I really enjoyed to go to the market to buy stuff because i could ask questions .
It's nice to know more about the spices.
