Dal Bhaat Cooking Class
April, 2012

The class was very relaxed and informative. I liked that we went to buy the ingredients and I felt it was easy to ask questions (not only about cooking, but also about other aspects of  Nepal life).

The fact there was only three of us was good, I can imagine if there were more it may be difficult to find tasks for everyone and to see what is going on (although apparently the kitchen set up may be changed to make this better).

Overall, I'm very glad I saw the poster in Pumperinical bakery as I'd ben cooking for a cooking class. It was fun and useful. Its nice to take a skill home from holiday!
